and drive-belts replaced.....About a week later i noticed a noise under the hood...figured it was a loose pulley or something to the effect from the recent belt replacement....Took it back..they told me I was in need of a new Idler Pulley...I dont know if its the drive or t-belt one. So i said i was not going to pay for labor but i would buy the part to make things right...I never heard from them about it..Now I am trying to get this resolved.....They will not return my phone calls...i have left several voice mails at the service writer and service manager....I plan to go in on Tues. and speak face to face with someone...My question is do I have a legit shot at just having to pay for the part? Or am I gonna have to bite the bullet and pay them labor 2x? Any thoughts or advice would be helpful....P.S. I only went to the dealership because i had read so many horror stories about independent shops not doing all of the T-belt maint. I guess u arent safe anywhere.
